TAX SOLUTIONS FOR YOU!

Some of the various tax problems we resolve through our tax services are

Release Levies

In order to recover the money, the government can choose to garnish your wages. But in taking what you’ve earned, you might not have enough to support yourself and your family. We can help to remove these onerous levies.

Penalty Abatement

This is a way to have your taxes or the interest upon your taxes changed or reduced.

Release Liens

A lien is a means for the government to recover money by seizing property and financial accounts. It also acts as an obstacle towards getting or refinancing a loan, or obtaining a credit card. We can protect what you’ve worked hard to earn.

Payroll Taxes

If payroll taxes are delinquent or withheld, you can face financial penalties, civil or criminal sanctions, further jeopardizing your business.

Offer In Compromise

This allows you to settle your tax debt for less than the full amount you owe. This is a legitimate option if you either can’t pay your full tax liability or doing so creates a financial hardship.

Innocent Spouse Rules

The IRS can attempt to collect taxes from you that your spouse or former spouse owes. We know that’s unfair, and we will fight for you.

Tax Solutions We Offer

Tax
Planning

Planning is the key to successfully and legally reducing your tax liability. We go beyond tax compliance and proactively recommend tax saving strategies to maximize your after-tax income.

Businesses and individuals pay the lowest amount of taxes allowable by law because we continually look for ways to minimize your taxes throughout the year, not just at the end of the year.

Tax
Preparation

Preparing your own income tax return can be a task that leaves you with more questions than answers. According to a study released by the US Government's General Accounting Office, most taxpayers (77% of 71 million taxpayers) believe they benefited from using a professional tax preparer.

Small Business

Taxes

Don’t let a part-time seasonal tax preparer control such a major detail of your financial life.  It could end up costing you thousands of dollars! All tax returns are prepared and reviewed in-house, never farmed out. Also, we are available well after the tax filing deadline to assist you in any way needed.  Long after the seasonal tax preparers are gone.

Track my Stimulus Check

When will you receive your refund? The answer depends on how you filed your return. The IRS should issue your refund check within six to eight weeks of filing a paper return. If you chose to receive your refund through direct deposit, you should receive it within a week. If you use e-file, your refund should be issued between two and three weeks.

Nonprofit Organizations

For many Non Profit organizations, maintaining Non Profit status is the key to keeping a certain image in the public eye, and to continuing profits. Unfortunately, what often happens is that people with good intentions decide to create nonprofits, but they do not realize the special obligations that come with entities that do not pay tax, which is a privileged status intended for social good.

Expatriate of
Expat

If you lived and/or worked abroad during the Tax Year and you have gross income from worldwide sources that is at least the amount shown for your filing status, you must file a tax return. This also applies to you if you are a U.S. citizens working for the federal government (including the Foreign Service) and you are stationed abroad.

Uber and Lyft tax Service

Many people are turning to companies such as Uber or Lyft as a great way to earn extra money. Of course, the driver can also be a full-time gig for motivated drivers. One of the reasons why this work is so attractive is that you do not work for the company. Instead, you are your own boss with your own business, so therefore, you are considered an independent contractor, no taxes are taken out of your payouts and you get more money right away.

Uber and Lyft tax Deductions

When you use your personal auto to drive for Uber/Lyft certain expenses must be allocated between business use and personal use. The amount deductible is based on a percentage generally calculated by dividing the total deductible miles for the activity by the total miles the vehicle was driven for all purposes during the year.
