Every Woman Deserves a Period of Comfort: Campaign Seeks Menstrual Product Donations for Homeless Women
Long Beach – November 24, 2023– A new campaign organized by Wealth Management Financial Advisors and Ayanna Greenidge called Every Woman Deserves a Period of Comfort is seeking donations of menstrual products to help homeless women in Long Beach. The campaign aims to provide these women with the essential supplies they need to maintain their health and dignity.

“Every month, countless homeless women struggle to access basic menstrual products,” said Ayanna Greenidge, organizer of Every Woman Deserves a Period of Comfort. “This can lead to a number of health problems, as well as social isolation and stigma.”

The campaign is currently collecting tampons, pads, and liners at a number of drop-off locations throughout Long Beach.
