Anyone who has ever been through a bad breakup, the loss of a loved one, parenting challenges, job struggles, or financial difficulty can tell you that having the prettiest and well-shaped body isn’t what holds you up when times are tough. What does is emotional, mental, and spiritual strength.

Emotional, mental, and spiritual strength are important because they give one greater power to choose how to respond in every situation and therefore make better decisions. I have found that yoga offers tools for developing these aspects of inner strength.
